‘The Muses’ is currently in development with Queensland Theatre and explores how anger interacts with femininity and the female role in society. Using the role of the exploitative ‘muse’ that male artists have forced women into through history,
‘The Muses’ explores how feminine anger has shaped society and art as we know it, and begs the question-what’s the difference between Aileen Wurnous and Mother Theresa?
